Unlock the Door to Success and Happiness

Today, I will be sharing a few leaning and tidbits from my book on personal transformation “The 6 Spheres of Life: Unlocking the Door to Success and Happiness.” These insights and learnings come from the core of my heart and experiences, and I want you all to benefit from them in one way or the other. Each of these learnings a well developed easy-to-implement formula that I have explained in detail with examples and techniques in my book. So here we go!

Analyze all those factors which trigger the fear factor, identify the causes of the same, these evaluation will help arm yourself with the power and skills to deal with adversity head on. Courage is the willingness to open your eyes and to allow yourself to see and accept the truth. Once you are able to face the truth you will be able to live by your convictions without fear. Simply put courage could be seen as the positive aspect of fear.

Be open-minded. Shift the focus from me-centered to we-centered. Being people oriented in a way is a big opportunity for you to earn respect without indulging in negative egonomics or adopting pretentious strategies to preserve the finite mortal frame.

Integrity is one of the most important virtues which form the core of your character. Integrity is the most important moral purpose that needs to be upheld throughout life. It’s about leading life with rock steady adherence to your value system, goals and morals.

At times you need not do or say something to express your care and kindness, even being around people and listening to them is sufficient. These kind actions of yours will make them happy, which will in turn make you happy to the core. Rather than complaining about problems at work or at home, be thankful to God that at least you have two main aspects of life unlike some others who are deprived of a normal healthy life. Be thankful to the divine force for the material and spiritual experiences.

Tolerance does not mean blindly complying with anything and everything. Rather than showing intolerance based on certain unchecked points or purely out of pressure, use proper judgment and cordial dialog to come to verified assumptions.

Once you realize that whomever you come in contact with is struggling through their own setbacks and obstacles just as you are struggling with yours, you will come to accept that we all need to be compassionate and tolerant towards each other. We are all sailing in the same boat. It is here that all the biases will evaporate. Looking at any situation in an empathetic manner will help all realize that if we work in unison, it will be a lot easier to get through this swamp of struggle.

For an in-depth understanding of all these inner dynamics of our mind, body and spirit, I would suggest buying my book, which is easily available online through portals like Amazon, Flipkart, etc. Here are some of the online links for buying my book: http://www.printsasia.com/book/the-6-spheres-of-life-unlocking-the-door-to-success-and-happiness-chitra-8124802165-9788124802168
